The Small Brown One

OMG, don’t come here… stay away from me… u won’t fly, will u? please…. Just don’t come here!

If I see this animal, I’ll stay away from it. Keep distance around 1 meter. It’s small n brown. From biology, I know that it can fly when it’s already adult. Do u know what it is? Yep, it’s cockroach!!! Hiii....

My lil sis n I r afraid to this animal, since we were kids. We watched tv that night. Just both of us. Suddenly, that was something strange flying around us. And… it perched on my calf! kyaaaa...!!!! I screamed n so did my lil sis. Hearing our screaming, my mom checked us out. Without any hesitation, she hit it with broom!! Since then, we are afraid to cockroach.

Cockroaches seem like in place like bathroom, do they? When I wanna use bathroom n I see one of them , I’ll use another bathrooms! Hahahaha XDD. Yesterday, a cockroach perched on my lil sis’ calf, she was shocked! Glad, she could put it off without screaming! See? Both of us scare them!

Btw, do u know Tokine from anime "Kekkaishi"? she is afraid to cockroach too! Ahahaha…! I just remembered about her coz now I’m writing this blog n watching "Kekkaishi" in d same time! LOL XD. So, anyone afraid to cockroach too?

My Past Study Tour

today, i saw some old photos of mine when my classmates went to study tour. it was on June 1st, 2007, when i was in my tenth year. whoaah... it's two years ago! XD seeing those photos makes me wanna write it here :P

d first place we visited is Museum Zoologi aka Zoology Museum. it's in Bogor near Bogor Botanical Garden, i guess. once we arrived, my goodfriends n i took a pic! XD

in Museum Zoologi, we saw many animals fossils. aah, i saw many kinds of preserved bugs. cool!! n there's also explanation about animals dissemination in Indonesia. of course, we had to take a note about our activity! i looked for some pic in this museum, but seems like i don't have any :(



why did i say that Museum Zoologi is near with Bogor Botanical Garden? coz to get to this famous garden, we just walked n voila! we arrived in Kebun Raya Bogor! pic above was taken when we walked near the lotus pond. when taking notes, we saw many beautiful flowers n tried to find bird called "Burung Koak Maling". why is it called like that? from ppl who have heard this bird, when d bird fly, it sounds like, "Koak Maling!" hehehehe it's pitty coz we couldn't find this bird :(



in Bogor Botanical Garden, there's a famous bridge called Jembatan Merah or u call it "Red Bridge". it's a hanging bridge (once again, i dunno how to call it properly :P). when we step on it, it was lil bit swinging. my friend, Sucy, was scared when it swung. poor her coz we jumped on it on purpose!! LOL XD

after we took a break n had lunch, we continued our study tour to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) in Jakarta. we visited Museum Listrik dan Energi Baru.



obviously, from its name, we saw many things related to electricity. ah, n also saw nuclear power plants model. wow!

after visiting this museum, we went home n did a report about this tour...

Three years in a week

It’s about national exam that already over for senior high school students n just started today for junior high school students. Is it really scary? For me, it doesn’t really. It isn’t required for d next level of education. National exam’s score can’t do anything for getting into university since it has its own admission test. It can’t do anything for getting into senior high school (for junior students) since it has its own admission test.

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t say that it isn’t important :P. it’s important, of course! If not, why does government keep this exam? They just wanna know whether we understand enough about school lessons. That’s all? I think so.

But I wonder why this exam’s d only one way to decide that we can graduate from our school or not. We’ve already studied 3 years, but it’s just evaluated in a week! Wew! So, why do we have to do the other tests, quizzes, n tons of papers? Can’t it help us to graduate?

Phew… no matter we argue, this exam still will be held this year, next year, every year. Though, I hope government will re-think about d graduation requirement. It’ll be more fair for students if our study processes can become a complement in graduation requirement.

anyway, good luck for all junior high school students in UN 2009!

If someone wanna succeed, why does he afraid of failure?

In my last year in senior high, there are many university admission tests. Some students passed in those tests, the other didn’t. there were some friends took it easy when they failed, the other didn’t. the ones who didn’t looked very disappointed, or I can say they depressed

I wonder why they become that really disappointed. Why don’t they make that failure become their strength to pass in next test? There are still many chances that we can take. Do our best in next test! Fail again? So that’s not d best university for u. that’s how we should face d failure.

In a forum, someone said that our life is like a film and we are the heroes in that film. In film, the heroes don’t succeed once they tried. If they do, so d film won’t be interesting anymore! Like in a film, we’ll get many failures in our try. Believe that in the end, if we don’t give up, we’ll succeed. We are the heroes in our lfe. Just don’t give up and keep doing our best. Like what Miley Cyrus said in her song titled "The Climb":

finally, the National Exam (ujian nasional) is over!!! XDDD
i could do the exam well, except in math. man, it's really difficult!
different style to d last year exam! :(

yesterday, after the exam's finished,
my friends and i straightly went to cinema n watched Knowing and Push. wow! great movies! XDD although, after that i felt really tired coz watched two movies in a raw! LOL XD

i just saw my UGM's and Undip's admission test announcements, n too bad, i failed in those two tests!
well, maybe Allah thought that those aren't the best uni for me.
hufff.... so i still have to take ITB admission test in d late of May! XDD
FIGHT!!!

well, i can be relax until d end of April, n after that, another exams are comiiiing!!!
there are UAS (well, it's like national exam, but the exam's made by our own school), practical test (omg, i won't be able to do this -__-"), ITB admission test, many try outs from course, and SNMPTN (it's university admission test, but it'll be held nationally) --> i hope i pass in ITB admission test so i won't take this test.
man...

i pass in Okupasi Terapi (dunno what it's in English) from UI Admission Test aka SIMAK UI!! XDDD
actually, i really wanna get medicine. but Okupasi is fine for me
ah, n i'm still waiting for ITB, Undip and UGM (d test will be held tomorrow) admission tests result! and i wish i pass in National Exam (Ujian Nasional)! XD amin.

wish me luck for UGM admission test tomorrow
